Lord Jesus, I open my heart to Thee as I beg for forgiveness and mercy for my sins and the sins of my husband. Lord Jesus, I am weary, but willing. Help me to understand what is happening to my husband with his alcoholic addictions. Lord Jesus, our marital foundation is very weak and the home is not a place where I would feel pleased to welcome Thee presently. Let us pray: Heavenly Father, I know in my heart that Thou art there for me and my family and I do love my husband and with the power of the Holy Spirit embedded within my heart I will fight in prayer for his deliverance from alcohol. Merciful Jesus, I will find the best time in the dawn of the day to pray and commune with Thee for the deliverance of my husband out of the hands of drunken darkness. Grant me the wisdom to openly see Thee embrace my husband and walk hand in hand with Thee and be explained and shown the evils of drunkenness.
Bless me to see in prayer my husband asking Thee for Thine forgiveness and coming home to me to prepare for changing our surroundings and implementing new beginnings for our life together. Bless me to show only love and exercise extreme patience toward him, even if he is rude, while my daily communication with Thee continues.
May I have more faith and trust in Thee to hold steadfast and see in daily prayer our accomplishments together Lord. When my heart feels to laugh, I will know Lord that Thine light is a reality within my home. Oh Father! I feel my burden becoming a thing of the past. Thank Thee Lord for giving me back my life.
