Heavenly Father, may we seek refuge at the foot of Thine cross, and beg for Thine forgiveness and mercy in all things that is offensive to Thee and not in alignment with the higher standards of God. Lord Jesus, when we stood before Thee to be blessed in the Holy sanctity of matrimony, we both made an agreement to honor, care and remain with each other until death do us part. Lord Jesus, somewhere, somehow a door was opened within this marriage blessed by Thine Spirit to remain faithful to each other and the bondage of matrimony.Oh Father, all is not going well and we humbly surrender this marital burden to Thee Lord. Open the way Lord Jesus, that Thine Holy Spirit may blow out the darkness that has descended upon our happy life and our husbands. Release us from the strong hold of the ungodly, that we may take our life back. Bless us not to have fear or give in to the enemy whom has infiltrated our home. Whether it be a jezebel spirit, alcohol, in-laws, or drugs. Grant us the strength Lord, to remember why our husbands fell in love with us and married us.
Bless us to take back the power within our home by hurting our husbands with continuous kindness, respect and love. Bless us to remain committed to any task of marriage restoration that we decide to undertake. Bless our husbands to see the beauty within our soul as we encourage them to get involved in a creative passion that we both can do. Help us to realize that our reflection must always portray the picture of the woman he once trusted with his life and married. Help us Lord, not to run away in fear and allow the other side to win. Give us the strength Lord Jesus to fight for our husbands love and affection by educating ourselves about the constructive things that he as a man is interested in doing.
Bless us to realize that when our men can come home and communicate about his job or car, or whatever sport he likes, and we can actually understand the language and give advice, Father, we know that we are back in control. Bless us to see and understand that any creative passion done together is the spiritual bond that keeps the marriage afloat. Now Lord, why did we not think of that? We feel like crying and laughing for we now understand where we took a wrong turn, and we pray to activate the blessings we once received by applying all efforts we need to strengthen our marriage in Jesus name we pray.
