Our Father Who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name.
Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors.
And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. For Thine is the kingdom,
and the power, and the glory. Amen!

Sleepless Nights And Wasted Days

Lord Jesus, as I lay my head down to sleep I will pray unto Thee the words of psalm 4, 25, so that I will have a peaceful night of sleep every night, and I do promise Lord to give praise and thanks unto Thee for seeing me safely through the night with psalm 142, 144, 148 upon my waking. Amen!

About 1 year ago: thank you, light4us, that's a wonderful prayer. i am always thankful that i was given another day on this earth when i wake. i will begin each sleep with a prayer like this, because i can feel that it is the answer to my troubles.
